Welcome to FlyVideo. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

2. Description of Service

FlyVideo is an AI-powered platform for creating and automatically publishing short-form video content to social media platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. The platform enables AI video generation, scheduling, and automatic publishing.

3. User Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Linking Social Media Accounts

When you link your social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), you grant FlyVideo permission to publish content on your behalf according to the settings you configure. You can revoke this permission at any time by unlinking your account.

5. Content

You are solely responsible for the content created and published through your account.
Content must not violate any laws or intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to publish illegal, offensive, harmful, or misleading content. You may not attempt to manipulate the system or abuse the APIs.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Paymob. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits; every generated video consumes one or more credits depending on its type, length and options such as native audio. All prices shown on the site are exclusive of Saudi VAT; 15% VAT is added to the amount charged at checkout, and the net amount, VAT and total are recorded on each payment. Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Purchased top-up credits remain valid until the end of the current billing month plus one month and are consumed only after the monthly credits are used.

8. AI-Generated Content

Output is generated automatically by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You must review the content and are responsible for it once published.

9. YouTube API Services

FlyVideo uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube integration features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can learn more about Google's privacy practices by visiting Google's Privacy Policy. You can revoke FlyVideo's access to your YouTube data at any time via Google Security Settings.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyVideo's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through the platform.
